Create responsibly
GeneratePosters supports original creative expression. These rules apply to prompts, uploads, generated artwork, profiles, listings, reviews, reports and support messages. Follow applicable law and respect other people’s rights.
Prohibited content
Do not create, upload, publish or sell child sexual exploitation material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, explicit sexual content intended for this marketplace, credible threats, instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing, hateful attacks against protected groups, terrorist recruitment or praise, or graphic violence intended to shock or exploit. Do not use the service for scams, identity theft or deception.
Rights, likenesses and privacy
Do not copy protected artwork, misuse trademarks, impersonate others or use someone’s likeness in a way that violates their rights. Do not publish private addresses, financial details, confidential records or other sensitive information without authorization. Permission to use a generative tool does not replace permission from a rights holder or depicted person.
Misleading and unsafe claims
Do not present AI-generated imagery as evidence of a real event, an authentic document or an endorsement when it is not. Avoid false product claims or claims of guaranteed income. Do not describe a visual paper texture or painting style as proof of an actual print substrate, handmade process or certified material.
Marketplace suitability
A generated image is not automatically approved for public sale. We may reject artwork for legal risk, prohibited themes, misleading descriptions, obvious defects, insufficient print quality or poor marketplace fit. Admin approval is not legal clearance and does not guarantee that output is error-free. Buyers must still review their chosen design and print options.
Reviews and community behavior
Reviews must describe your own eligible purchase experience. Do not submit fake reviews, undisclosed incentivized reviews, harassment, personal information or promotional spam. Honest criticism is welcome. Moderation decisions are based on policy and eligibility, not solely on whether a review is positive or negative.
Reporting artwork and rights concerns
Use Report artwork on a listing or contact [email protected]. Include the exact listing URL, the reason, and enough detail for us to investigate. For a rights complaint, identify the work or right involved, your relationship to the rights holder and reliable contact information. Do not submit knowingly false complaints. We may request additional information and take appropriate temporary or permanent action.
Enforcement and review
We may refuse generation, remove listings, restrict sharing or suspend accounts when required to protect users, rights holders or the service. Serious or unlawful activity may be referred to appropriate authorities. If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact support with the relevant listing or generation number. Attempts to evade moderation or abuse free credits can lead to further restrictions.
