Participation
Creators may generate and save artwork, set up a profile and submit eligible listings. Public selling and affiliate participation are subject to account verification, moderation and program approval. Approval does not guarantee sales, earnings or continued listing availability.
Rights and permissions
Only submit content you are entitled to use. You are responsible for licenses and permissions relating to third-party artwork, brands, likenesses and other protected material. You retain any rights you hold, while granting the permissions needed to host, preview, promote, sell and fulfill your selected published listings. AI output may resemble other work and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not promise exclusivity or legal clearance.
Listings and quality
Provide accurate titles, descriptions and category choices. Do not misrepresent AI artwork as a photograph of a real event or a handmade physical original. AI-generated lifestyle photos are illustrations of a product in a room; they do not establish actual scale, frame construction or print materials. Admin may moderate or approve a listing on your behalf. Purchasers still approve their order’s artwork and print options.
Eligible affiliate commissions
Commissions apply only to qualifying orders attributed to your approved affiliate link under the tracking rules. Owning or publishing artwork alone does not entitle you to commission on all sales. Traffic driven by GeneratePosters, including our paid advertisements, earns no affiliate commission. Self-referrals, fraudulent traffic and ineligible or untracked transactions are excluded. Paid inclusion or membership benefits are not currently offered.
Rate and calculation
Your assigned commission rate is displayed in your approved account. It is applied to eligible merchandise revenue after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. The rate in effect when checkout is created is retained for that checkout. Refunds and adjustments reduce commissions proportionally. We may review attribution disputes using available records; tracking limitations can prevent some visits from qualifying.
Hold and payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days before release. Released balances of at least $10 USD can be requested after completing supported Stripe payout onboarding. Requests are reviewed by admin. Actual transfer availability depends on program activation, verified payout details, sufficient platform funds and payment-provider requirements. Bank arrival follows Stripe’s payout scheduling; a dashboard balance is not itself a completed bank payment.
Adjustments and taxes
Refunds, disputes, fraud and calculation corrections can reduce pending or released balances. If an already-paid order is later refunded, the adjustment can offset future earnings. You are responsible for accurate payout details and any tax information and obligations applicable to you. We may withhold or report amounts where legally required, and will not promise a particular tax treatment.
Promotion standards
Clearly disclose an affiliate relationship when legally required. Do not use misleading earnings claims, spam, impersonation, unauthorized trademark bidding, deceptive redirects or fake reviews. Do not imply an endorsement that does not exist. Follow advertising-platform rules and the Content Policy.
Removal and program changes
We may reject or remove content and suspend participation for policy violations, fraud, rights complaints or operational needs. Prospective changes to rates or program terms will be communicated appropriately. Suspension does not erase undisputed amounts that must lawfully be paid, but disputed amounts may be held while investigated. Contact support to request review.
