About these terms
These terms govern GeneratePosters, its AI generation tools, artwork marketplace, credit purchases and print orders. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Refunds, Shipping, Content and Creator policies. Contact us at [email protected] if you have questions. References to “we” mean the operator of GeneratePosters; “you” means the person using the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or purchase. Provide accurate account information, verify your email and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not create duplicate accounts to exploit free credits or evade restrictions.
AI generation and credits
A generation uses the number of credits shown before submission, currently one credit. The free verified-account allowance and paid pack contents are shown on the site. Free credits are promotional, may be limited to one allowance per person, and have no cash value. Purchased credits are prepaid service units, not currency, a deposit or an investment. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No cash refunds are offered for credit purchases except where required by law. Technical failures restore the charged credit; unsatisfactory pre-approval results are reviewed for credit restoration under the Refunds Policy.
AI limitations and your approval
AI-generated images may contain inaccurate details, distorted objects, misspellings or unwanted visual elements. Results are not guaranteed to be unique or legally protectable. Review the original at sufficient size before accepting it. You decide whether the design, text, crop, size and frame are suitable. By approving print checkout, you accept those visible choices. Approval does not excuse our manufacturing errors or remove statutory rights.
Your inputs and content
Only submit text, images and other material you are entitled to use. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unnecessarily. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions for third-party works, trademarks and identifiable people. You must follow the Content Policy. We may refuse, restrict or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Permissions needed to run the service
You retain any rights you have in your inputs and generated artwork. You grant us the permissions needed to process your requests, store your artwork, display your selected public or unlisted listings, produce previews and room visualizations, market published listings, and manufacture and deliver ordered products. Private artwork is not a public marketplace listing. Third-party AI and print services process relevant content to perform these tasks. We do not promise copyright protection, exclusivity or non-infringement for AI output.
Marketplace and creator participation
Public listings require moderation and may be edited, restricted or removed for content, quality or operational reasons. Publishing does not guarantee sales or income. Admin may approve a listing on a creator’s behalf, but a purchaser still reviews and approves the artwork before print checkout. Creator and affiliate earnings are governed by the Creator Terms and the approved account rate, not by ownership of a listing alone.
Prices, payment and order acceptance
Prices are displayed in the stated currency. Taxes and shipping are calculated or disclosed during checkout. We use Stripe to process payment and do not store full card numbers. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; production depends on payment verification, artwork readiness, supplier availability and fraud checks. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and resolve payment as required. We may correct obvious price or listing errors before accepting fulfillment and will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.
Production, shipping and returns
Prints are made for your selected options. Framed lifestyle images are AI-generated visualizations and are not a promise of exact room scale, lighting, glass reflection or included furniture. Select the actual frame and size at checkout. Shipping estimates and cancellation conditions are described in the Shipping Policy. Refund eligibility and generation-credit restoration are described in the Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use and account restrictions
Do not interfere with security, scrape private content, misuse payment methods, submit fraudulent referrals or claims, or automate abusive requests. We may suspend access or remove content for a material breach, suspected fraud or legal obligations. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow a review. Restrictions do not erase payment, refund or consumer rights that must remain available.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. We are responsible for obligations the law places on us and for the remedies stated in these policies. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No promise on this site guarantees affiliate income, investment returns or suitability of a design for a particular purpose.
Changes and disputes
The version shown at checkout applies to your order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. We may update these terms for future use and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory access to courts, regulators or consumer remedies in your jurisdiction.
