REFUNDS & REPRINTS

Last updated November 5, 2026

The short version

Purchased generation credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If an AI result has a problem before you approve it, contact us for a generation-credit review. We can restore the affected credit; we do not issue a cash refund for an unsatisfactory generation. Technical generation failures automatically restore the credit charged.

Review before you approve

Inspect the artwork closely before publishing or approving a print order. Check spelling, AI-generated lettering, faces, hands, objects, composition, crop, resolution, colors, size and frame. AI can produce mistakes. Your approval confirms that you accept the visible design. Admin marketplace approval is a moderation decision, not a guarantee that an image has no artistic errors.

Generation credit restoration

Before you approve or order the affected artwork, send its generation number and explain the issue through Support. We review the result and credit history to avoid duplicate restorations. A restored credit is usable on the service, has no cash value, and is not a refund of a credit-pack purchase. Changing your mind after approval, or requesting a different idea, is not grounds for another free generation. Abuse, duplicate claims or previously refunded generations are not eligible.

Approved custom prints

Physical posters are produced for your order. We do not offer voluntary returns or refunds for change of mind, customer-approved spelling or design mistakes, an incorrect size or frame you selected, or a crop you approved. Normal differences between an illuminated screen and a printed product are not automatically a defect. This does not exclude a genuine manufacturing defect or a material difference from what we sold.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, contact [email protected] or open a support ticket. Send the order number, a description, clear photos of the item and damage, and photos of the packaging when available. Please report the issue promptly, preferably within 30 days of delivery, so we can investigate. This reporting request does not shorten any non-waivable legal rights.

How we resolve a physical-order problem

After review we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled item. We may ask reasonable questions or request that you keep the packaging while we investigate. Do not mail anything back without instructions; made-to-order items may not need to be returned. If we require a return because of our error, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for an accepted defect claim.

Cancellations and delivery problems

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only stop production when the supplier confirms it has not progressed too far; a request alone is not a confirmed cancellation. If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped as promised, we will explain the available options and provide any cancellation or refund required by law. Lost, misdelivered and returned shipments are investigated with the carrier; see our Shipping Policy.

Refund processing

An approved monetary refund for an eligible physical order is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. If a credit-pack payment must be reversed under applicable law, or is reversed by the payment provider, the associated credits will be removed; a used-credit balance may consequently become negative.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes mandatory rights for faulty goods, non-delivery, misleading descriptions or other protections that apply where you live. A made-to-order label does not itself remove every cancellation right: any applicable withdrawal rights for non-personalized catalog goods or digital services remain available. Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, that law takes priority.
